How do I make an appointment with you?
To book an Appointment please TEXT ONLY 626.722.7849
(allow up to 72 hours for a reply)

In the message please include
-Name
-Service you would wish to book for
-For color appointments include 2-3 pictures of your hair color currently as well as 3-4 inspiration pictures. Also include your color history for the last 4 years stating if each time was done at a salon or box dye.

Do you require a deposit to book an appointment?
Yes! a $100 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for large color services. The deposit will be deducted from the overall total the day of your service.

Do you hold appointment dates until I can make the deposit?
Unfortunately I do not hold appointments. The deposit is needed at the time of booking. If you are unable to send the deposit at that time please check with me if the date discussed is still available when you are able to send the deposit.

Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes you are able to reschedule your appointment ONCE with a minimum of 5 day notice in order for your deposit to be transferred. If you give less than 5 day notice you may lose your deposit and may need another deposit to rebook.

When rescheduling with a deposit you can only reschedule for another color service. I understand life happens so please contact me ASAP when needing to reschedule.

Do you have a Late Policy?
If you are more than 15 minutes late there is a possibility your appointment will be cancelled. If your appointment has a deposit you will lose your deposit for that appointment and another deposit will be needed for a future appointment.

What month are you currently booking for?
Please check my Instagram bio for the current month I am taking appointments for. Anything before that month is completely booked.

Do you have a cancellation list?
Yes! If you wish to be put on the cancellation list to possibly get in at an earlier date than booked for please ask to be put on the list.

If no one is available for the cancellation I will post it to my Instagram story for a first come basis.

What forms of payment do you accept?
You are able to pay with Zelle, Credit Card, ApplePay, & Cash

Where should I park for my appointment?
There is a public parking lot behind the business on Bonita Ave. you can access the lot from San Dimas Ave or Monte Vista Ave
